“Cook your own Steak on the stone” is simply the healthiest way to enjoy your Fillet Steak. The dry, searing cooking process means that all the natural flavour remains trapped inside your food, resulting in a meal that is cooked exactly as you like with every mouthful enjoyed piping hot as if it were the first. Coming from Valchiavenna, Italy (Alps), the stone is resistant to high temperature which allows the cooking of the meat without the addition of fat, taking advantage of the natural fat contained in the meat itself
